anybody ever ordered from this website: www.protechelmet.com
i ordered a helmet from them three weeks ago and havent gotten it uet, anyone ever had this problem. they are a big company, i doubt they are scammers, but i e mail them and they dont reply.

never heard of them. I always order my helmets from greenfish. look around for a number to call them from.

yeah, Pro-tec his HUGE, probably one of the largest skate helmet manufacturers...

BUT! you didn't order directly from them, only from an online distrubutor, called "PT helmets" whom I've never heard of... sucks about the lack of customer service, if I were you, I'd just tell my credit card company to cancel that payment, then look elsewhere, over 3 weeks without any notification or reply is ridiculous in the retail world today.
