I know it comes off with no tools...but do you turn it a certain way?
Do you PULL it off?

What about lubing the internals?
I know I should use mineral oi (or Pedros Road Rage lube).

Where do I actually lube?

Any help is appreciated

It may ease removal to slowly turn it backwards while pulling gently off, life is easier if you don't make the pawls go flying everywhere. :thumbsup: Lube the inside of the body and the pawls with mineral oil. You can pinch the pawls down and slide the cassette body back on, again turning the body backwards to ease the installation.
