I have a easton ea70 aluminum setback seatpost. I recently bought a new saddle and today while riding the rear bolt pulled through the bolt hole on the seatpost

I was able to reattach it and finish the ride but the bolt pulled 1/2 way out and was stuck in the hole.

Would adding a washer help, look for a larger head bolt, or should I get a new seatpost?

Not sure if you can tell much from the pics but basically some of the aluminum sheared off which allows the Bolt to go through under my weight

You can put a conical washer in there to stop the head from going through

The problem with 2-bolt seatposts is that the hole needs to be large enough to allow the bolt to pivot through the range of motion of the clamp, so it needs wiggle room. I'd try adding a washer, and if that doesn't solve the issue, buy a new seatpost (either the same type, or a different one).
