Pricepoint Mail Order

I just want to give a big shout out to Pricepoint. I have been buying just about all my stuff from them for years. Here's what happened.......

I placed an order for a KS i900 adjustable seat post early last week. For some reason my credit card did not get approved ( used an old one and was recently issued a new one). By the time I got around to calling in to make the changes, it was Friday morning. I asked the customer service rep ( Frank) to send it by 2 day air since I am leaving for the Jamaica Fatta Tire festival on Wednesday and 2 day air would have gotten it to me on Tuesday ( too close).

As soon as I get home on Friday afternoon from work, I checked my email and there is a confirmation from Pricepoint, it says the order was shipped by ground and I was not charged extra for the 2 day air....so I am Pis_ed. I send an email to customer service and berated them and told them they can expect a return as soon as it get's here. When I check the UPS site after the info was posted (Saturday), it says it was in fact shipped 2 day air and I will be getting it on Tuesday. So I send customer service an apology and want to make this public. I was almost ready to buy one locally so that I would have it in time.
