Price Match Codes not working at Jenson USA, please help!

I'm having a problem at Jenson USA, hopefully someone can enlighten me. When I request a price match, it will be approved, giving me a code. But when I submit the code, I get the message, "Invalid or expired promotional code was entered" every time, no matter what I do.

Is anyone else having this problem, or am I doing something wrong? Please help!

A lot of younger people don't use phones. If they can't text the person they don't communicate.

The only time I had Jenson code issues was forgetting to change the size of the item to the one that reflected the price match I requested. Otherwise call or at least email them for more info.

That's amazing, you can judge me without knowing anything about me! You must feel really good about yourself before going to bed. I live in Japan, so if you want to pay for my international phone bills, then go right ahead. And I did email them, I just didn't get a response for several days. That's why I posted here.

I actually wanted to move my thread to a different forum, but only after I made the second post I discovered that it's not possible to delete a past thread. But from the bottom of my heart, thank you for making assumptions and being a jackass to me.

I just thought it was funny Bluesky asking Jenson to match the price:)
