I'm having a problem at Jenson USA, hopefully someone can enlighten me. When I request a price match, it will be approved, giving me a code. But when I submit the code, I get the message, "Invalid or expired promotional code was entered" every time, no matter what I do.

Is anyone else having this problem, or am I doing something wrong? Please help!

Should you encounter any difficulty please call us at (888) 880-3811 or send us an email via the Help Desk on our website. We have a workaround to reset codes one-by-one to restore their functionality.
