So I got my Mud X TLR tires and my valve stems and my sealant. All Bontrager stuff. The instructions on the sealant say to remove the core of the presta valve. I didnt know you could ,nor do I know how.

BTW I have Bonty TLR rims too.

There are small flats at the top of the valve. Unscrew it to remove. I use a plastic tool that came with my Mavic UST valves. A small adjustable wrench works, too.

On the Bonty valves I have....you can NOT remove the core. These are a few years old....don't know if newer ones are removeable.
All of my Bonty valves have removable cores and some are 4+ years old.
