Endomorphs! But then again, I'm not using it on a single speed... 2x7 on the Pug.
My winter commuter is a fixed 29er. I swapped out the 2.3 Big Apples for 2.0 Specialized Fast Traks. They are working really well. The knobs are tall and thin so they punch through to the pavement. Slight buzzing on the road, but very little rolling resistance, especially at 70psi.
Nokian Extreme 296. Just got back from a ride this morning and my water bottles froze, but the tires were great on the ice and snow. They are great on icy technical single track and are the only way I can ride a lot of this stuff.
We finally got snow so I tried out the Stouts. They were pretty good in our first wet dump, but now we have cold dry snow over ice, and they seem astonishingly slow and not very grippy. Exiwolfs seem much better in these conditions
