Nisene was pretty good. Dialed in most spots but sporadic greasy moments left me unable to open it up and call it money. I believe it will be pretty sketch for about a week after these rains...especially the steeper trails. Good time for maintenance. Trees/branch downings will almost certainly be an issue too. We cut and moved a few from the trails yesterday and that wasn't even from the big storm we're having now.

Fort Ord will be the place to not trash your bike or trails for that matter.
It's SO dry here this storm will get sucked right up on those trails.......

Anybody have intel on Skeggs. I don't go there much, but I'm guessing it doesn't hold water very well.
Start at the CM08 gate. All the trails off hwy 35 (Sierra Morena especially) pool water very well, too well.

CM08 gets you into the good (and steep, technical stuff) very quickly; not very many places for ponds to form.

Went to Montara today. The ruts on Amanita and Mile are horrendous. The flatter stuff had puddles, but was in pretty good shape.

On a side note, I was almost run over by three kids on motos riding UP Mile. Scared the sh*t out of me, so be on the lookout.
