Well folks its getting hot out there and ill be honest the pool looks a bit more inviting than the trail or road at times.
I have a in ground pool and so my question is "do any of you incorporate pool workouts into your training?" and if you do what types of things do you do. I swim laps and find laps swam without any arms just using my legs burn well but any other tips.
I know you cant replace actual on bike work but just curious if its an option to incorporate into the schedule.
