Hello,

I have Norco Fluid (FSR) frame with Fox RP23 shock (07 year).
http://www.norco.com/2007bikes/templates/model/enlarge.php?id=40

I run it with 143mm travel option and don't like the way it works.
Propedal is fine, small bumps are OK too, but it does not work well on medium and large bumps (even front Fox Float 130RLC work better, and now I'm replacing it with 140 Manitou Elite Absolute).

I'd like to change shock for one with more plush linear work without bottoming but still with platform.

Here is some about RP23 vs. DT Swiss XR Carbon, but "Carbon" version is too expensive.

Could anyone advise something?

Thanks and sorry for horrible English

Sounds like you should send the shock to PUSH for some factory tuning. Give them a call and discuss your situation, I'm sure they can help you outl

The RP23 is a great shock, especially with some love from PUSH. I can't even begin to tell you how much better my El Ciclon rides after getting my shock back from PUSH. Others who have had their RP23's tuned by them will tell you the same thing.

Good luck.
