I recieved a set of mud guards for christmas and tried to install them on my Norco bigfoot. I soon realised that the holes weren't where I thought they would be, although they are on my Wolverine. I could put them on the wolverine in two seconds but would prefer them on the bigfoot.

Do the marzocchi forks have anything to do with this?

Is there a way around the standard type holes to install the mud guards or do I need a specialist set?

any help appreciated.

Depends on the type of fenders (in USA terms) you have.

If you have full coverage commuter type with struts to the dropouts they are not designed to be used on suspension forks though they can be made to work.
