I was wondering if My haro v-1 , has a typical dowtube size as other bikes. Bought a Planet bike front fender hoping it fits.

It straps to the downtube

I like mountain biking better.
The Raleigh has bigger wheels.
I speak Spanglish and Cheez-its are the ****.
My car's gas gauge doesn't work; I figure out how much gas I have by dividing the new reading on the odometer by the car's mileage.
Last time after filling up I found that I'd averaged 13 MPG.

Erik, did you take into consideration the temperature of the ambient air and fuel each time. Thermal expansion will throw those numbers off.Cheez-its give me the runs also

That's a good point. So, I figure roughly 50 degrees F average... my car still burned 14 gallons of fuel in 182 miles....

That's almost as good fuel economy as this! Except my car's nowhere near as fun... It does help when I lean into turns though....
