Is there alot of places to ride in the Colorado springs area. Technical single track, dh, good fast singletrack on pikes peak? Poss considering moving into the area. Where is the best area to live in for good access to great trails?

lots and lots of places to ride in the Springs area.
Palmer Park, Bear Creek, UValley, Monument Werks Trails, Captin Jacks, etc.....

yes.... probably perfect conditions too.

i've rode most of them into early December actually. depends on how wet the winter is. this last winter was really light here in the Springs, so I rode them all.
