Hey everyone, going down to VA from NJ to take my depressed buddy riding but have no idea where to go. Willing to drive 2 hrs from Norfolk, VA. Any suggestions?

this time of year? theres not a whole lot to ride. the various college campuses down there got some decent urban. also if you head north about two hours, depending on how fast you drive, you can get in to the heart of DC for more urban. also you can head west from norfolk and start to hit some applachian stuff. blacksburg and harrisonburg have some decent riding near by. but that area will definlity be covered in snow until probally march
