I have a 2017 27.5 boost Pike with FAST 3-way damper. I'd like to go up to 170/180mm travel with a lyrik/yari chassis. Is it possible to transfer the FAST pieces over to a lyrik damper?

The different top cap size/threads seems to be one potential issue, but I think the boost Pike top cap is the same size/thread as the Lyrik?

Other than that, what other parts are different between the Lyrik and Pike dampers? Longer bladder and damper shaft?

Thanks

lets say you were building a fork from parts: could you use a Pike damper (cartridge and rod) on a Lyrik/Yari?

Likewise, could you use a Pike air spring rod in the Lyrik?

I would assume that so long as you dont exceed the Pike's travel (140mm) you'd be fine. Obviously the Pike/Rev internals would be too short to extend to cover the Yari/Lyrik's 170mm (29") max travel.
