My Pike 454 Dual Air arrived today :)
Now the bad stuff :-(
As discribed in other threads,my front wheel have play when mounted
in the Pike! The fronthub is a Hadley and there is NO play in the hub!
I measured the axle, and it is exactly 110mm.
What to do?
Any other have problem with the Pike/Hadley combination?

you may have tried this, but...

screw in the Maxle almost all the way, then tighen up the nut opposite the QR lever really well, even so some of the bolt comes through. Then screw the Maxle in all the way and close the QR lever. It should be tough to close the lever. I had some wheel play with a WTB SuperDuty 20mm hub, and this fixed it.

Just a guess...

One of my Pikes arrived with the Maxle adjusted so when I tightened it down, it closed downward... So to avoid this I wouldn't turn it the last half-turn and then my hub rattled.

If this is the problem you are having, the solution was simple but it took a minute for me to figure it out because I can be a bit thick... Unscrew the knob on the end of the Maxle until you can pop the lever clear of the notch it fits in and rotate it 180 degrees. Tighten back down and tighten Maxle until it completely stops. Flip the lever closed and it should be upright or pointing back. Hub play should stop now.

Or maybe this isn't what is wrong... in which case, I have no idea. :)

No problem there! It threads all the way, and locks in 9 o"clock position.Just
as it should.

Tighten the little nut on the other end. It's just like a QR inside a 20mm axle. Tightening that nut will expand the axle a little bit more, and should solve your issues. If not, contact Rockshox. They'll take care of you.

Hmm...

That sucks. Does the amount of play seem to change if you DONT turn the lever all the way tight? Or if you give it an extra bump to tighten it an extra amount? Not the knob, but the lever itself?

In my experience and from examining the Maxle, it seems that the tightness of the knob simply affects the strength of the camming action and the resistance to turning of the Maxle. How far you tighten the lever seems to affect the pressure on the hub. At least is does on mine.

This is quite painful to write!
My Hadley hub was getting a little loose( i couldnt feel it with my hands)but
when there was leverage(wheel put in the fork) i could feel the play.
Just tightened it a little, and VIOLA
No more play :)
Thanks to you all for trying to help me!!!!!
And merry christmas.
