or split the differance and go for a 454

question 1: 426 With or without the poplock remote

question 2: What spring - stock, firm or extra firm. I am 240lbs

Extra firm, I'm 200lb and ran a firm, standard spring is super soft, I used to crush it :)
454 is strong and a bit lighter than the 426, remote pop lock, I never had one but just reach down and lock out takes 1 sec.

As far as spring for a Pike, I'm 190 with gear, and I found I could go with a firm or extra firm (ran each for a long time), depending on my taste. At 240 lbs, an extra firm seems like a no-brainer to me.

Thanks for the replys and the chart. How hard is it to replace the spring and do I need any special tools?
