Does anyone know of a good PT or trainer for cycling knee pain issues on the Pennisula? I ride dirt only and have been having nagging knee problems. Have had a "fit" at a bike shop and seen my doctor, but the problem is not solved. I want to find someone who deals with a lot of cyclists or who even specialises in cycling related injuries. I have a longer leg and a history of minor knee problems, so I think I need some pretty in-depth and specialized help.

Thanks!

Talk to Jerry Durham, San Francisco Sport & Spine Physical Therapy. He's a cyclist, cat 4 roadie, sponsors our grass-roots road/mtn team and races on it too.

Check him out: http://www.sfsspt.com

I just think it's cool that when you hold your cursor over this threads title, back in the f67 area, that the "sneak peak" given reads:

"Does anyone know of a good pt or trainer for cycling knee pain issues on the pennis?"

I wouldn't have read this thread if it hadn't been for the stellar marketing - good job!
