Man, that bird must be having a wild ride. PETA's gonna be all over your azz if they see this.
I saw a swinging rodent, like a rat or something.... :thumbsup:

7 inches of 48 hour rain on Mt. Umunum. And we're just getting started...

Workin from home today so I'll play. Storm taking its toll on my backyard.

This is some serious weather... I woke up a few times last night due to the wind. I was sure we were going to lose power.

Well, I guess it's official, I am now a Californian. After 13 years of living here, a rainstorm is interesting to me. Ohh, what have I become?

Camera is at home but I can see the Truckee River from my work window. It is getting angrier. Snowing here now, for now.
From the NWS:
FLOOD WARNING FOR
THE TRUCKEE RIVER NEAR TRUCKEE.
* FROM LATE SATURDAY NIGHT TO MONDAY MORNING...OR UNTIL THE WARNING
IS CANCELLED.
* AT 8:30 AM FRIDAY THE STAGE WAS 2.8 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 4.5 FEET.
* MAJOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AND
CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 8.2 FEET BY LATE SUNDAY MORNING. THE RIVER
WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY SUNDAY EVENING.
