The OD of the EBB itself is 2.137". It can be used with set screw or pinch bolt frames as long as they have an ID of about 2.140"

The rig is a wedge type so it will not work. I can't find any specs on the Carver so you'll have to take a look and see if it has set screws, pinch bolts, or nothing.
