How was it Evan? I was interested, but not in the 2 hour drive to get there.....
Any discussions on developing singletrack in the city???

I enjoyed it, as it was a peek into what neighbouring counties are doing to promote cycling. I will have a summary posted early next week on trailswag.ca, but sadly, no immediate plans were revealed by local bodies.

Were there any representatives from Northumberland county there to talk about the cycling master plan they're working on now?

It'd be great for a bit more $$$ to go into it, we've got some amazing riding here but very few paved shoulders or marked cycling routes to encourage new riders.

Sadly there were no members of Northumberland county, but the night was pretty much planned down to the minute so I don't know how much more they could have crammed in. I have been through the trails at Ferris and quite enjoyed them and know that Northumberland has much to offer. I will be down that way this summer to start putting some of those excellent trails on our site. Suggestions of good rides?
