Has anyone ever used Performancefor mail order?
I noticed that they had a special on a seat that I wanted to buy, so I ordered it. This was a week ago. Today I go to their website look up the order and the thing hasn't even been shipped yet. I called their customer service department and was told that they have 15 business days to process orders. So I told her to cancel the order and I'll find a LBS to buy this from. She said that she couldn't cancel the order cause it's being processed. So now I'm pissed off! I sent an email to Performance telling them that their 15 day order processing policy is bs, and that I was going to discourage everyone I know from doing business with them!
