I am having problems finding a forward pelvic tilt, so could anybody help me ? What should i do to be in a " spilled - pelvis " position ? Seat for / aft , nose down , .... ?:thumbsup:
There is a bit of personal preference to this, but a good starting point is to sit the bike on flat surface and put a carpenter's level on the seat. Once it's level, try it out. Make small adjustments to fit your preference.
