Love my Canfield Ultimates but they're only getting in their Mtn version which has a wider platform (and better internals - bearings instead of bushings). I have small feet (size 9) so... my question is anyone with small feet try the larger pedals? Weight isn't my concern, the concern I have would be more pedal snags but I could see the larger platform to be possibly better for grip and control?

Thanks,

I wear size 8. The length ads more support/ secure feeling. It may matter less to us. The added width is great though. When you want to get slight toes out and Wide knees to go through chunk and stay loose you are more hooked in. Less heal rub on chainstays. And you can get a wider Q factor when you want it.
