Earlier this week, my vacation to south France had to be aborted due to problems at the Gite that we were staying at. At first, it seemed a bummer, but I quickly turned it around by just spending my week at home doing downhill biking at Portes du Soleil. Taking a break today, three days of abuse in a row is all my body can handle at a stretch. I'll be back out on the weekend.

Les Portes du Soleil is the collective name of the region of connected ski stations in the Haute Savoie (Switzerland/France). 14 stations, 660kms of trails. All of these pics were taken on the French side.
