I have this stand here, but when the bike is mounted by seat post, I cannot keep the bike wheels parallel to the ground, a minor nudge and the front of the bike begins to dip forward. How can I increase this tension? I tried turning the rear dial clockwise to get more tension, while holding onto the clamp arm (clamp that holds seatpost), but I can't really get anymore tension to prevent the rotation. Any tips? Thanks.

Remove the clamp and clean the interface between the clamp and the plastic bushing which holds it. If it's contaminated by grease or oil, it can allow the arm to rotate.
