paul WORD disk hub question?

I'm thinking of buying a set of these hubs but have a few questions. my bike has horizontal drop out's and I've always run a bmx style chain tensioner... can I do the same with the paul? and as far as free wheels go is it worth the extra bucks for a eno? or can I get quality performance out of a cheeper free wheel?
