What is the rule in the Arizona forum when it comes to posting a link to paid ads in the classified section (Paid SPAM threads)? I ask because I have tried twice over the years and had both threads deleted. Thanks.

the fashionable way around this seems to be to create a puppet account and post by saying

" I'm new to the sport and I was looking into buying some XXXXXX and I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations" ?

Then you post a reply with your own accont-

" Golly gee I just bought the XXXXX XXXXX 900 and it's the best thing since sliced bread" and then post your link.

It seems to work around here quite well.

not a mod, but I've always been allowed a post to advertise a paid ad. It typically just gets locked, not deleted.

Hey Blatant, Yeah, that is the practice I am familiar with on other mtbr forums but on the AZ forum my paid spam ads are deleted. Have you been allowed to post links to ads from the AZ forum?

Yeah, I have in the past, on the couple occasions I've attempted to sell stuff here.
