So I have done this in the past and I could do it then, seems now I have lost the touch. I have tried 2 times on a tube and it still leaks.
First time I used a patch I'v never seen before, one of those you just stick on. The second time I used a patch and rubber cement and let it dry a day and it still leaks down very quickly, you can hear it leaking.

Is there a way to patch a tube correctly?
Should I just buy new tubes instead of patching them?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
