I rode Pass Mountain for the first time today and I have to admit it was a tad more challenging than I expected.

It seemed like every 50 feet or so there was another logic defying twist/wash/drop/bolder I had to really think about. Not your simple ride auto-pilot type trail for sure. I think after a few times I might do a little better. This first time though my hike-to-bike ratio was pretty pathetic.

I rode Blevins after PM and it was a walk in the park. An hour after getting home a buddy called and invited me to T-100 and that was a great ride.

Sorry, no super spiffy pics.

Which way did you ride it? Clockwise or CCW? CW is an easier climb for sure, the other way would just be harsh.
I started from the horse staging area and ran it CW. The view from the north side of the mountain and the saddle were amazing though- well worth the effort.
