Does any one other then me have a problem with how thin the pant is on there saber? I have had it for 2 seasons now and there is corrosion all over the frame. I don’t have a digital cam to take pics wish I did then I could show you.

That is becuase they used a spray on liquid clear coat rather than a powder coat paint. You have two choices to fix this. Remove it all with paint remover, then keep polishing up the raw aluminum whenver it gets tarnished or send it out to have it powder coated. A $150 powder coat job on a $700 6" travel HL frame is still a pretty good deal.
