I have heard that putting Pam on pedals and bottom shoes by cleats will prevent mud buildup on interface. Is this true? I am having release issues latley ..changed cleats too

It makes sense, I've used Pam on my downtube and chainstays before to prevent mud from caking up.

Pam works

I've sprayed my pedals with cooking spray before muddy rides for some time now. Not a huge difference but it is a noticeable improvement.
