If it doesn't sell right away, I'll go over to the owner's house with a scale and a good camera and have at it.

I'll test ride it too and get some virtual KOMs.

my friend has a large with a reba, slx build, bar lockouts for front and rear, and i think a dropper post too (can you say cluttered bar? ha)...its 25 and change.
