looking to upgrade my vanilla rc to a romic on the rear shock. does anyone know if i need different size shims for the shock to fit properly, im waiting to get the measurements back for the romic shock.

another question, since i have my backend apart does anyone know how to remove the bearings from the frame and can i switch the bottom shims with the top shims on the shock as i am continuesly bending the top shock bolt and the bottom bolt/shim have a larger diameter and a thicker bolt.
