use

finish line citrus degreaser... this will take sticker sticky off just about anything, and will not melt your fork like acetone or adhesive remover might.

I've done it... looks clean

I removed the stickers used a little citrus cleaner on them and the fork looks nice and clean...

The stickers on a fork wouldn't keep me from buying it if I wanted the performance, however, I removed mine because the previous owner had already started doing it so I just decided to finish it up.
