on their website as far as I know. Sorry.Fastskiguy said:well, I guess that's both a good and bad thing.....any chance of an estimated delivery date?
Salsa Cycles said:I checked today...Still not in stock. The buyer at QBP is a riding friend and has a Dos Niner, so I thought I'd call him to get an update. Unfortunately, he is out for the holiday and back on January 3rd so I couldn't get a better answer.
I've got this item on QBP Item Watch and I will receive an email notification when it comes into stock. I'll be buying one ASAP.

You got a new bike with a Bontrager SwitchBlade fork? What bike? A Rig? I was checking into the availability of these as aftermarket and was told not until the end of January.tibiker325 said:I e-mailed Pace last week and they sent me a reply that they were being built now and should be available through QBP by Xmas. My shop has a watch on them too. You'd think they'd form a waiting list and pre-sell the darned things. Anyway I will have one soon and when I do, I'll be selling my Bontrager Switchblade for cheap if anyone is interested. (I got my new bike on the 13th of December, so it's like brand new.)
We expect to receive final prototypes around January 15th-20th. Once received, we expect to go to production. If we don't have any changes to final prototype, it'll be March or so. This has taken a lot longer than planned, but we added more functionality and this resulted in an extra round of prototyping.SOFTBUTT said:I hate to hijack this thread but Salsa Guy do you have any idea when the new and improved stem sizing kit is going to be available.
Well I don't want to get anyone in trouble, so I can't say. But let's say hypothetically, a couple of forks were given to a team to race on and after the one dude raced on it, he decided he needed some cash. Anyway, I think I may have obtained one of only about a dozen pre-released forks. I really wanted the Pace, but b/c of the release date, and the arrival date of my new Mooto X, I bought the fork to use until the Pace was available. Didn't want to have a new bike, w/ no fork. I'll be selling the Switchblade (Aluminum not carbon) for about $125 if anyone is interested. The steerer has only about 1 1/2 inches cut off so it'll be long enough for anyone except maybe Shaq or Leonard Zinn's bikes. I knew I'd be selling it so I left it long. The Bontrager is a great riding fork I just am after the slight weight savings and the BLING BLING of the Pace.Guitar Ted said:You got a new bike with a Bontrager SwitchBlade fork? What bike? A Rig? Hey guys, I don't mean to bug you when you have important stuff to do but
when do you think your RC 20 fork will be available over here in the US? It
is one fine piece of equipment and I'm just drooling over it. Well, not
really but I'd love to get one on my bike. Thanks for the info and
especially thanks for making that super cool 29" fork
