haha, so a couple of days back, a few friends of mine were heading out to one of our favourite DH spots (aint gonna tell you whare yet) and we also went down to post canyon ... but my Ibex is in the shop currently so what to do ? why not 170mm on a P. ...such a great idea

I was bored and took some pictures. the P. actually doesnt look bad like that, haha. rides nice with a tall fork too, but I know that in the long term this would probably just weaken the frame.

170 weaking the frame? thats crazy talk...On my second season riding this, no way this headtube is being seperated... Just retired it for a SC V10, be riding that with this build sometime next week, pics will be posted..

More than likely sell it, I have the prices figured out..
Frame only (no headset) but with seat post collar: $150 cdn (yep!)
Same as above with Turvativ Giga pipe Team DH BB used for one season, installed and freshly greased/ cleaned: $170
All that plus Rear Dirty Sanchez 32h rear hub, 6 pawl, 48 engagement 4 sealed cartrdige bearing 10x135mm hub... $300 (Brand new hub!)
Frame without BB and with hub: $275
BB and hub wont be sold seperately until frame is gone.

Will be posted on pinkbike since I am in Canada, COD shipping only.
I can throw in some brake adapters too, ask and I will tell you what I have avail.

Just found out I will have the V10 on thursday, build it up thursday, and wheel for friday, and set it all up and go on friday to my downhill trip

I wouldent put a DOT on there, nothing over 110mm of travel actually. when I was selling the P.1 I had a 04 EXR comp on there with about 115mm of travel. and the P.1 was so raked out. it was stupid funny how that thing looked.

I run my Pike at 120mm sometimes and it doesn't look that much different.

well I was used to basically haveing 80mm of travel. and that frame rakes out easily.
