Oxygen doping...

I was looking at the latest WADA changes in banned substances and found it interesting that Supplemental Oxygen is no longer prohibited (page 2)...

That might be a big benefit for all those high altitude races, forget the Camelback and go for the carbon fiber oxygen bottle for the climbs. :D

Let those monkeys oxy dope all they want.

MTB racing is cool, is that the mind runs the roost. We can overcome the the 3% weight weenies because we got the balls to run it fast downhill!
They stopped doing it in the NFL because it didn't work. Something about the blood's hemoglobin that wouldn't take up more oxygen than the lungs could provide.

Studies also show you can get all the air you need breathing through the mouth, which makes those silly breath-rite nasal strips as silly as supplemental oxygen on the sidelines.

Everybody's looking for a shortcut.
