This is Titus specific content... so it'll be posted only here...

This is clearance between Nobby Nics 2.25" and 2.4" mounted respectively on the rear and front end of my bike. I have the old narrow stays and the fork needs no presentation.

I'd say they're OK... ;)

So you're making me regret my decision of not getting the 2.4 nobbi nics........I opted to continue giving the Kenda Nevegal 2.35 a longer chance......ie wearing them out before I get new tires...........but at least now I got visual proof that they will fit;)

Just for clarification....

The 2.4 is mounted on the front, pic of it on the Zoke and the 2.25" is mounted on the rear end of my Switchblade.

I haven't tried the 2.4" on the rear end of my SB..... I can try out, and I think it will clear as for width... But it will be very, very tight and a stiff wheelset would be needed.

Oh... You have a VERY stiff wheelset already... ;) I saw the pics, bro... SCHWEEEEET. Those I9's are cycling's hardcore porn.

Warp!

How about a pic of the current state of your SB?
I'll post one tonight, but the "star" of the new build (the RF Deus crankset) is still not installed. I need the BB tool for that and I will not see my Tocayo until saturday for sooner and the SB is still all bare bones.

I just reassembled the frame and put in the fork and wheels... still lot of grounds to cover. Bleed the brakes and shorten the rear line, installing cables and housings, etc.

Actually it's not that much, but I can't find the time to get the things to make it during the week. Housings, shock lube, a chain, etc. Being at Santa Fe is not helping either.

It'll be a busy saturday I guess...

Good luck! Even then, post pics :)

I'm thinking about your offer for the star nut, I'll let you know....
