Hi,
i am looking into the Rotor Q Ring for Single Speeding. They currently have Single Speed Specific (i guess deeper teeth), and maybe in the future also with Narrow Wide configuration
How important do you guess is the NW vs. just having deeper teeth?

I have been using a q-ring for about 2 weeks/25 hrs now and I can't tell a difference. I guess its lighter than surly rings.

Do you feel a difference Hauffy?

I'm running a Goldtec 34t on my singlespeed. I'm not sure that NW teeth would make much of a difference for singlespeed, if the chain's tensioned properly it shouldn't be coming off at all.
I must say, I've not really noticed a difference riding the Goldtec ring on the singlespeed but on my geared bike I run a Rotor Q-Ring and it feels a little smoother on the climbs than it did with the normal round ring.

I notice it most on low speed grunty pinch climbs and switchbacks. For me it feels like i'm getting the slightest 'assistance' up a climb.
