Many thanks to Jeff and Johnny (customer service) at Intense. For sometime, I was experiencing a problem with my Spider frame that I could not resolve on my own. My frame was having a squeaking / creaking noise that I could not get rid of. Luckily, I live near the Intense factory so I paid them a visit.

Within a day, Johnny quickly fixed my bike. He even retro-fitted my frame with Zerk grease fittings. How cool is that. :thumbsup:

I feel luckily to ride such an awesome bike knowing that the folks that designed and built it stand behind it.

I contacted customer service a few days ago about a sheared lower shock bolt on my 6.6 and Johnny promptly sent me out a bolt. Great service.

(though i got the bolt today and it was the wrong one, but it's the thought that counts :) )

More exceptional customer service from Johnny

I too just broke the shock bolt on my 6.6. I sent Intense an e-mail and heard back the next day from Johnny. He sent out a new bolt the next day. Impressive customer service.
