<p> Went out for a quick ride to get out of the office for a bit and didn't pad up. Set up for a little step up to drop and wham..flesh burger.

<b>UPDATE: My wife made me go to the doctor. they said stitches weren't necessary but they recommended them. I opted to go without. I'll update in a few weeks as it heals.</b>

i have some tape...i'll be good. it's on my calf. If it was on my shin i'd go in for some sewing.

I live in SoCal and a trip to the ER for a minor ding like this is an eight hour plus ordeal. So I don't think I'm going

no need for stitches! Duck tape can fix that one!

no man, really go get your stitches... and PLEASE post pictures of the stitches, where's the good in the story if you don;t get to the end..?

that's from years of training...plus I'm skinny. never had ankle problems played college hoops and never wrapped 'em. so i guess i don't know. maybe you have fat in you gap and you can't see it.

Superglue is your friend, just hold it together with a couple strips of medical tape and superglue it. After you clean it out of course:thumbsup:

i don't know if there is anything "wrong" with the dip - i'm not a doctor - i've just never seen that before on anyone.
