Garmin pedals will be your best bet. The Voytek is basically tied to Race Face cranks and there aren't power meter options for those cranks that I'm aware of.
I returned my Garmin pedals after a couple of weeks of testing. They were wildly inaccurate, and would often has a weird decoupling where one pedal was reading at about 50% of the other. Also, needing to calibrate after 20 minutes into every ride due to storing bikes inside was a no-go.I have used Garmin pedals on my fat bike well below 1 with no issues
