When it comes to this stuff, I'm a total noob. The basic question is this: Are there formatting differences 'tween US and EU/England Playstation/XBox games? Can I buy a Euro game and play it on my system? I want a rally game, but in my (limited, admitedly) search, I only find stuff from England. I suppose this is the same for DVD's too, eh?
