Fun commute home from work. NOT!
On a county road just south of Loveland had my wheels drop off the pavement (under the snow so couldn't see the edge) and when the front wheel came back on the pave the arse-end spun, first oncoming car missed, second one clipped and almost went back off my side of the road. All at about 10mph.
And of course I got a "careless driving" ticket too, yippee.

Sorry if you were trying to come into Loveland or leave on South Taft this morning around 7-8am. It was all my fault!!! :p

Thanks, my neck and shoulder are a bit sore as seat belts don't work the greatest when you slam into the side of someone...with the side of your car.
Cars come and go so not really a huge heartbreaker.
Thread is worthless without pics:D

Glad your ok and hope it wasnt the bus!

So that was the problem :madmax: :madman:

J/K....It was the drive from hell this morning. The drive that took me 20 mins to get home to my place Ft. Collins from Thompson River Ranch yesterday afternoon took me 1hr 15 min this morning to get back.

At least I made in one piece ! Severance radio 103.9 was cutting out so I switched it to "The Bear" and every intersection that I drove through 5 min earlier was being reported as snarled with a multi car wreck.

I could just make out I 25 and N bound was a parking lot most of the morning.

All that from NOAA predicting 1" or less of snow overnight.

Rant off... Glad you're OK

PS: I also saw 6-8 bike commuters out braving the weather, several out in the middle of way nowhere on the Co Rds.

Look on the bright side.. you get to pick out a new car...

Glad you aren't too jacked up.. it was surprisingly slippery this morning thats for sure!
Yea, the spot I went off someone had just gone off a bit ahead of me. One of the tow trucks got his wheels off there and got semi-stuck. Someone else was off south of the light as I got a ride into town with the tow driver. I liked watching the police car that was blocking the north bound lane spinning it up while leaviing . So needless to say it was slick.

I have a couple of pics but have to get them downloaded yet.
