I miss World Spice Merchants at the Pikes Place Market in Seattle. Anybody have a suggestion where I can find a spice shop like this in Arizona?

I'm looking for a place that has scrumptious cardamom pods for some curry, or some really nice saffron for couscous, or maybe nice selection of dried peppers for chili.
