i use Plumbing | Air Conditioning | Installation | Maintenance | Repair | Phoenix, AZ | Empire Plumbing and Air Conditioning
they have a monthly subscription service that include 2 inspections a year, plus on-call fees are waived if something does break down.
mine is like $16 something a month (for 2 central air units).

I completely agree. Leo is a relative of my neighbor. He has come out two or three times over the past few years and it's completely reliable, completely honest, and will just fix what needs to be fixed. Highly recommend.

A/C not needed it Tucson. I've been told time and time again it's cooler than Phoenix.
