If you need actual surgery then this guy is the THE MAN:

"Dr. Villavicencio received his medical degree from Harvard with honors in 1995 and went on to complete a neurosurgical residency at Duke University Medical Center in 2001. He then finished an orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles in 2002 and is one of only a handful of surgeons in the country with dual neurosurgery and orthopedic spine training."

He did a full artificial disk replacement on my wife this July for a herniated disk she had from a DH accident. Coolest crap I've seen in a long time. She's back at the gym lifting as I type this.

And he biked into work for the surgery.
