Had a great time out in Oregon ! Thanks to all who posted back trail advice, and to Cogwild for leading a kick ass tour in the Umpqua. Special thanks to Nat for playing
tour guide on our Bachelor to Bend ride - we owe you one big time.

On to the pics...

Thanks for posting those pics; I had a great ride with you guys. I see you picked Waldo instead of Flagline. How'd you like it? Did you go clockwise or counterclockwise?

Care to X-post to Passion?

Nice photos!
It's been years since I've been to the Umpqua. Another reason to make me want to get down to it again.
Looks like counter- at Waldo to me?
Missed that one this year too. So many trails, so little time . . .
Looks like you hit some of the jewels though.

Looks like they rode Waldo counterclockwise. That is the way I usually do it.

Glad you all liked the pics ! We all definitely had a great time.

Nat we chose to do Waldo based on the recomendation of two guys
we ran into after we got off the MRT - they said it was great - a "must
do" ride so we took the advice and I'm glad we did. We'll have to save
Flagline for the next trip.

We rode Waldo counter-clockwise as my S.O. likes to keep exposure
on her left - right footed :) - but in the end it didn't matter as there
wasn't much of that on the trail anyhow. I do remember the ride ended
with a pretty good downhill so that was pretty nice.

The breakfast shot ( French Toast & French Fries ) was something
we whipped up at the condo - the fries were left over from the night
before. Never saw anything like that on a menu before but hey
maybe we're onto something . :D
